I have left the Aseri Kingdom and kept my fiefs. All you need to do is travel the hideout and attack it, clearing it of all enemies. You must be Clan tier 3. You must own at least one Imperial or Non-Imperial settlement (not castle). You must be independent. After completing all of this your faction will be created with your clan as the ruing clan.
